For those of us who are part of MC Biofertilizantes, the R+D+i division is a crucial foundation of our agricultural products company. Why? Because we are fully aware of the importance of investing in research and development in a sector that is constantly evolving.

And we do nothing else but continue with the spirit of our founder, Francisco Martínez Nájera, who, from the very beginning of MC Biofertilizantes, more than 40 years ago, was committed to agricultural innovation.

So, nowadays, the Martínez Caba family has an R+D+I department in continuous growth, developing on the field the products and programmes demanded by the organic and conventional agriculture sectors, both nationally and internationally, for all types of crops.

In all these years of long and proven experience, we have been incorporating new lines of natural agriculture:

RyzeaPlus: turns nutrition into an opportunity to boost the plant’s metabolism in a completely natural way, increasing its resistance.
RyzeaPlus: combines three algae of the genus Aschophyllum, Fucus and Laminaria in the phase of their development cycle, in which the concentration of molecules with biostimulant action is at its maximum.
Micotech: this is an exclusive microbiological production process at the technological cutting edge, which combines a marked growth of the crop with an increase in the plant’s resistance.

PRECISION AGRICULTURE WITH DRONES

MC Biodrone is our drone company that bases its work on the use of technology RPAS (Remotely Piloted Aerial System). Within the different lines of work developed by our company, we have created drones for precision agriculture, besides complementary training and courses, to provide complete coverage to this sector.

Drones are remotely piloted unmanned aerial vehicles, either in the form of small fixed-wing aircraft or multicopters.

One of the most promising applications of professional drones in the civil sector, apart from protection and surveillance, is precision agriculture. The importance of optimising resources in agriculture is constantly growing, which is why agricultural reconnaissance by means of professional drones provides a detailed analysis of the land in real time, so that treatments are more localised, making them more efficient.
